CRE National is a boutique commercial real estate advisory firm affiliated with KW Commercial, providing strategic brokerage and advisory services to investors, owners, developers, tenants, businesses, attorneys, and estate representatives across multiple asset classes. The firm specializes in industrial, office, retail, healthcare, land, investment, and business opportunity transactions throughout Southern California and beyond.

Founded by Orien Gumbs, CRE National was built on the principle that commercial real estate is more than simply buying and selling property; it is about understanding business objectives, navigating complex situations, solving transactional challenges, and creating long-term value for clients. With experience representing buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, investors, owner-users, family estates, and court-appointed representatives, the firm approaches each assignment with a strategic, relationship-driven, and solutions-oriented mindset.

Orien began his commercial real estate career in 2014 with KW Commercial before joining Marcus & Millichap in 2016, where he was recognized as Rookie of the Year in 2017. He later returned to KW Commercial and continues to focus on advisory-driven commercial real estate services.

In addition to traditional brokerage services, Orien has experience assisting attorneys, family administrators, and estate representatives in probate-related and court-involved real estate matters. His background includes representing a large family estate in a probate sale, participating in court-ordered sales, assisting attorneys with property evaluations and value-add strategies for their clients, and serving as a commercial real estate consultant in matters involving litigation and asset disposition strategy. He has also been retained as an expert witness and cross-examined extensively by counsel in connection with commercial real estate matters.

CRE National has also participated in notable owner-user and business-related transactions, including the purchase and sale of established community businesses where the business and real estate components required strategic coordination and advisory oversight.

One of Orien's greatest professional passions is representing small to medium-sized businesses within the community. He understands that for many business owners, commercial real estate decisions are deeply connected to years of sacrifice, personal investment, family legacy, and long-term financial goals. CRE National takes pride in helping business owners identify opportunities, navigate complex transactions, and position themselves for long-term success and growth.

Prior to commercial real estate, Orien served 20 years in the United States Air Force, including both Active Duty and Reserve service, before retiring from the Air Force Reserves. During his military career, he developed the discipline, leadership, work ethic, and commitment to service that continue to shape his professional approach today. That foundation, combined with years of transactional and advisory experience, allows CRE National to provide clients with thoughtful guidance, market insight, and hands-on representation throughout every stage of the transaction process.
